I'll leave you to it then. But I do have one last question.

Do you mind sharing your bed?

Your bed.
The chair is too small and I'm getting a little sick of myself. He kicked me once. Bruised. Awful. He only gets nightmares. I don't. I would be blissfully enjoying my slumber if it wasn't for rude awakenings.

You don't mind, do you?

*I *you

I'm fine. Part of me. It isn't as bad as I'm making it sound. If I minded, I wouldn't have asked. I don't want to have to regulate either of us to a chair or a hotel floor that I frankly don't trust the cleaning staff to be entirely diligent about.

I'm sure. It's not much of an injury.

You can just say 'No' if you don't want to.

Goodie! That's settled. The other end didn't want to bother you with it and kept insisting I not ask but I figured, why not?

I'll see you later then. ;)

Did you know species of penguins often give their mates gifts of small pebbles or stones as a courtship gesture?

Have you ever thought to give someone a pebble?

A fair enough point. You should consider pebbles. Some people collect them and would be extremely flattered. A geologist, for example.

Have you ever celebrated Valentine's Day?

I thought that was the case with you. In a way. The holiday didn't line up with when I actually had someone to celebrate it with. I still used to make things for it. Cards. Candies.

It isn't.

Oswald, I wasn't allowed to use a pen unsupervised on the last one.

It had pros and cons. I found the act of creating and gifting enjoyable. The response was less than satisfactory but I know better now.
